What types of hydraulic pumps does Kopaiparts manufacture?

We manufacture gear pumps, piston pumps, vane pumps and complete hydraulic power units, together with common pump parts and accessories. Our pumps are widely used in construction, mining, lifting, agriculture and drilling equipment.

Do you offer OEM or custom pumps?

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services, including custom displacement, pressure rating, flange and port configuration, shaft type, rotation direction and private-label packaging. Send us your drawing, nameplate or specifications and our engineers will propose a solution.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please provide the pump type, displacement, rated and maximum pressure, required flow, mounting/flange standard, shaft and port details, quantity and application. If you are replacing an existing pump, a photo of its nameplate or the part number is very helpful.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For standard pumps, small orders and even single-piece sample orders are supported. Custom OEM products may have a different MOQ depending on the specification, which we will confirm in the quotation.

What payment terms do you accept?

We commonly accept bank wire transfer (T/T), with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. For regular customers, terms can be discussed. We can also accept other methods for sample orders.

How long is the lead time?

Standard pumps are usually shipped within 7 to 15 working days. Custom or larger-volume orders generally take 20 to 35 working days, depending on quantity and specifications. We will confirm the exact delivery time on the proforma invoice.

Which countries and regions do you export to?

We serve buyers worldwide, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America, North America and Oceania, and we support sea, air, express and rail logistics.

Do you provide test reports and quality documents?

Yes. Each pump is tested on an automatic test bench before shipment. We can provide the factory test report, inspection certificate, material certificate and, on request, certificate of origin and other shipping documents.

What is the warranty period?

Our pumps are covered by a quality warranty from the date of delivery. Details of the period and the claims process are described on our Warranty & After-sales page.

Can I order a sample before a bulk purchase?

Yes, samples are available so you can verify installation and performance before placing a bulk order. Please contact us with the required model.
