Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern the quotation, sale and supply of hydraulic pumps and related products by us. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms. Any different or additional conditions require our written agreement.

Quotations and Product Information

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to change after that time. Product specifications, dimensions and images are provided for guidance; custom products are produced according to the confirmed drawings and specifications.

Orders and Prices

An order is confirmed when we issue a proforma invoice or order confirmation. Prices are based on the agreed scope and do not include the buyer’s local duties, taxes or customs clearance unless explicitly stated.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before production and the balance is due before shipment. Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP). Delivery times are estimates; we will notify the buyer promptly of any delay and are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

Our warranty obligations are limited to those stated in our warranty policy and the contract. Products must be installed, operated and maintained correctly; damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper modification or unsuitable operating conditions is not covered.

Intellectual Property

All product names, drawings, documents and content on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for describing our own products. Custom designs produced for a buyer are handled according to the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including equipment downtime or lost production.
